Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items: Orders with multiple items may ship separately for speed.
Delays: Customs inspections, peak seasons, or courier disruptions can add time. If your order exceeds the estimate, contact us—we’ll help.
Returns & Refunds (30-Day Guarantee)
We want you to love your PaperPilot Pen™. If not, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility

Item must be in original condition with accessories and packaging (reasonable testing/use is fine).

Start your return by contacting support with your order number and reason.

For defective or damaged items, we’ll replace or refund—please include photos/video to speed things up.
How to Start a Return

Email support with your order number and reason.

We’ll reply with a return authorization and the correct return address.

Ship the item (tracked shipping recommended).

On receipt and inspection, we’ll issue your refund/exchange.
Refund timing: typically 2–7 business days back to your original payment method (bank processing times may vary).
Exchanges & Warranty

Exchanges: If you’d like a different unit, we can exchange once your return is scanned in by the carrier.

Warranty: 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your pen develops a covered fault within 12 months, we’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Change/cancel window: You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order (before fulfillment).

After dispatch, we’ll assist via the standard returns process.
Address Issues & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, we can reship (reshipping fee may apply) or refund minus shipping.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Some countries charge import duties or VAT on arrival. These are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. If you’re unsure, check with your customs office before ordering.
